By ordering it is implied that you accept Creativemary’s terms and conditions as written below:

  • Creativemary reserves the right to charge 20% extra of the value of transport for each transport deferred with less than 3 days ahead of the dispatch date;
  • When receiving the pieces, you should check for any apparent damage inflicted in the packaging box and materials. Any piece’s damage should be communicated during the first 48 hours after receiving the order. The photographic evidence of the damages should be sent by email to: info@creativemary.com.pt;
  • After the confirmation of the damaged by Creativemary and if it is the case, the pieces will be integrally replaced in a time of delivery agreed with the customer. When this delivery occurs, the damaged piece will be taken, considering that this is a mandatory term for the replacement of the referred piece;
  • Each piece is manually and individually handmade, so there might be some slight differences from piece to piece
  • The current price lists replace any other published before;
  • The prices always refer to one unit;
  • The VAT is not included in the price, this legal tax must be added;
  • The packing is always included in our price. Special packaging can be developed under an extra cost;
  • Transport costs and insurances are not included;
  • If the customer chooses to organize the transport of the pieces, Creativemary will be exempt from responsibility of mentioned the transport;

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?

If you choose to take Creativemary’s help in transportation, we guarantee insurance by the transport company. However, if you choose to schedule it yourself, we strongly advise you to get insurance. We do not require you to sign the order, but if you prefer you can sign it.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

Three days before shipping your order we will request you the balance payment. As soon as the pieces are shipped we will inform you with all the contact details of the transportation company.

What is the difference between “order date” and “ship date”?

Order date means the day that you have made your order. Ship date concerns to the day that your order has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Once the order has been dispatched it is no longer our responsibility. You will be give all the contact details of the transportation company so, in case you would like to change your shipping address you can contact them.

Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?

Usually we ship all pieces of the same order together. However, if you prefer we can ship them as soon as they are produced.

What happens if I am not in when the parcel arrives?

After your order has been dispatched we will contact you with all the details you need. We will also kindly ask you for a contact of a second person. If you aren’t in when the parcel arrives this person will be contacted.

WARRANTY POLICY

Creativemary provides a 5 years limited warranty against any manufacturer’s defects. This means that Creativemary will fix free-of-charge any problems due to manufacturer’s, but not problems occurred due to wrong maintenance/cleaning/humidity.

Creativemary does not warrant: changes in surface finishes due to against or exposure to light, damage from sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments, prolonged exposure to humidity.

Creativemary doesn’t guarantee finishes against fading and oxidizing throughout the years. Variations in color and veining are inherent in metal and considered to be the natural beauty of the material.

Upon confirmation of any defect, Creativemary compromises do replace the defective part or integrally piece, within a period agreed with the client. Any Costs for packing and shipping are not covered under this warranty. To obtain the proper service under this warranty,  the original purchase receipt must be kept.

Standard halogens bulbs are supplied, free of charge, in every product. However, Creativemary will not be liable for any malfunction of these components during their lifespan. Creativemary offers warranty for every lighting fixture but cannot offer warranty for the bulbs since Creativemary isn’t the manufacturer.

This warranty does not apply to purchasers of as-is or distressed products or display samples. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use but does not apply to fading (lighting should not be placed in direct sunlight) or defects that result from negligence, soiling, improper cleaning, misuse, abnormal use or accident. Creativemary will, for five years following the date of the original purchase, at Creativemary’s option and its sole discretion, repair or replace, or provide a substitute for, any piece or part found by Creativemary to be defective in material or workmanship. Any costs for packing and shipping are not covered under this warranty. To obtain proper service under this warranty, the original purchase receipt must be kept.
