2. Get enough sleep.
Get enough sleep, don’t look enough important for you? About it is.
Sleep is important for health, mood, weight management, psychological health an more. Because when you don’t do it, you stay irritable, snack on crappy food, and anxiety can get worse.
3. Watch less, or no, TV.
Many people spend a lot of time together watching TV yet still feel distant and detached, because they aren’t interacting during this time. So you should do activities where you can improve your relations.
4. Make time for exercise
Even if it’s just 2-3 times a week, try to give yourself the gift of regular exercise.
5. Stop wishing you were different
This is the most important one of all. You should love yourself and accept that you are a valuable and worthwhile person at your core.
